The velor effect provides nail coating with special sophistication, which is actively used by the masters for creation of luxurious designs. The Velor Matte Top Coat is the result of a successful development of the gel polish topcoat, which not only visually, but also to some extent tactically recreates the noble velor finish on the nails. The matte top coat is a professional top coat designed for creation of a pronounced velor texture of the nail coating.
This top is made according to a completely new formula, has a consistency of optimal density, providing the above effect. It is used for coating as a final layer for natural and artificial nails, for the implementation of design ideas. It has a dispersion layer, is appropriate for attachment of decorative elements. The Matte Top Coat protects the coating, ensures its elasticity and durability, effectively prevents the formation of chips and other damage.
Application recommendations: apply in 1 thin layer.
Polymerization time: UV lamp 36W - 2 minutes, LED lamp - 30 seconds.
