A constantly expanding range of the eyeshadow in refills allows creating an optimal palette for productive work. Eye shadow PE No. 104 is characterized by an ultrahigh concentration of pigments. The shadows are finely dispersed and optimally pressed, which makes it easy to take them with a brush, they are applied and shaded evenly. Do not smear or shrink in the folds of the eyelid. If applied using a dry method the shadow provides elegant satin finish, using a wet method - expressed metallic. All shadows of the PE series can be mixed to achieve new shades.
